This service is free to you. Featured agents pay a flat advertising fee; we receive nothing from your transaction. No agent pays us per client, per referral, or per closing, because Minnesota law reserves referral fees for licensed brokers and we are not one. Paying an advertising fee never changes what an agent's public record shows on our lookup.
