This site is part of the Buddy Network, a collection of Minnesota consumer tools built by attorney Dan Swenson.
I am Dan Swenson, a data nerd who is also a Minnesota workers' compensation attorney and a city council member. I build these sites as a hobby to make public records, government rules, and license registries easy to find and use. The tools are free. The network pays for itself through disclosed referral links and a few optional paid guides.

License and enforcement information comes from public government records (the federal ASC appraiser registry and the Minnesota Department of Commerce's published enforcement actions), republished with the date we last checked them. If our copy and the government's page ever disagree, the government's page controls. These records are a free public lookup and are never sold.
If featured agents ever appear on this site, they pay a flat advertising fee. We receive nothing from your transaction: no agent pays us per client, per referral, or per closing, because Minnesota law reserves referral fees for licensed brokers and we are not one. Privacy policy.
